What an answer does not prove

A company missing here is not proof that it complies. Regulators publish only part of their supervision.

A decision is not always a sanction

A decision that imposes no sanction, or one set aside by a court, is shown as such and never counted as a sanction.

People

The Central Bank also sanctions individuals under its fitness and probity regime. No natural person has a page here, and names are removed from extracts. 15 decisions are left out for that reason.

What is not included

Some decision pages linked from the Data Protection Commission's own list return an error (page not found) and could not be read.
